Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • Delivery is free for all orders in the UK and are dispatched on the same day of purchase. Additional shipping costs may be incurred on orders made outside of the UK.
  • All orders are made via standard delivery unless specified as 1st class for an additional cost. 
  • All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
  • We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail and Interlink Courier services. We anticipate that all deliveries will arrive as specified, however we cannot accept any liability for any delayed or lost deliveries. Please note: Quoted delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as we are unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us via email within four working days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address.
  • Note: We cannot ship to a non-permanent address such as a hotel or conference centre or to freight forwarding companies.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries - We will hold unsuccessful deliveries for 21 days. If contact with the customer has been unsuccessful after this period we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

Returns Policy

  • A product purchased from Medical4me can be returned to ourselves free of charge if it is faulty, damaged or not your order..
  •  Items returned to us for the reasons outlined above should be done so within 14 days of receipt, and should also be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Any items returned as stated above, will be reimbursed via Paypal upon recipet and inspection of the goods. We also require an invoice/reciept of the cost of returning the product to us.
  •  Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected. 
  • Please note you must organise the return of the items at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error by Medical4me in this instance your item will either be collected or postage will be refunded. This is at the discretion of Medical4me and cannot be requested. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation requests can be made to us via email at: medical4me@hotmail.com
  • Any request for cancellation should be done as soon as possible as we dispacth items on the same day as purchase. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been dispatched. If you still wish to cancel the order at this point, please refer to the returns policy above.
  • Medical4me is not under any obligation to fulfil cancellation to any order or part order .
